*Emergency Maintenance Notice from the Puzzle & Dragons Team*

As an apology for the Emergency Maintenance on Android devices, 5 Magic Stones will be given as compensation to all players on Android devices with accounts created prior to 8/17, 6:25 (UTC-8).


The compensation will be delivered via in-game mail between 8/19, 4:00 (UTC-8) and 8/22, 3:59 (UTC-8). Please allow a few minutes for the compensation to be delivered.

If you do not see the compensation despite meeting the above conditions, please restart your game.


In addition, dungeons unlocked through in-game mail which were affected by the maintenance will be compensated accordingly.


We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

[Update] 8/17, 17:26 (UTC-8): The Emergency Maintenance for Android devices regarding the issue below is now over. You may log back into the game.


Please update the app to the most recent Ver.20.1.1 through the Google Play store before playing.


*For those who are currently in a dungeon, please go to [Menu] > [Quit] and exit out of the dungeon. If the [Quit] option is not available, please try deleting and reinstalling the app.


Guide to Data Transfer After Reinstalling

  • In the case you already have a Social Media account linked or your game data backed up: Please transfer your game data by going to [Others] > [Device Change/Social Media Linking].

  • In the case you do not have a Social Media account linked or you game data is not backed up: Please contact our Support Team by filling out all necessary information on our Data Restoration form. The Data Restoration form can be found here.

Details of compensation for the emergency maintenance will be announced at a later date.

We have confirmed that the following issues are occurring on Android devices

after the Ver. 20.1 update and we are currently under maintenance.


Emergency maintenance scheduled time:

From 08/17, 6:25 (UTC-8) to TBD

*Maintenance end time will be announced at a later time.


Details of the issue:

  • The game crashes when you long tap certain monster's images to check the details at the Monster Exchange, etc.

  • The game crashes when certain monsters appear in dungeons.


We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.


*If you log in during the maintenance, error messages and other messages may appear.

Please do not log in during the maintenance.
