We have confirmed an issue wherein the specified monsters that are meant to occasionally invade select purchasable dungeons via the Dungeon Shop (implemented through the Ver.21.9 update) have not appeared in the dungeons.

This issue has been fixed on 2/18, 19:32 (PST). *Please return to the Title Screen before entering the game once more to see the reflected changes.

• Descended Series-Mythical Plus/Solo

  • Hermé Descended!-Dragon Enhanced

• All-Days Dungeon-Solo

  • (Tuesday) Keeper of the Gold-Mythical

  • (Wednesday) Room of the Mask-Expert

  • (Thursday) Cave of Dreaming-Mythical

  • (Thursday) Green Dragon's Den-Int.

  • (Friday) Sky Prison-Mythical

  • (Friday) Shrine of Spirits-Expert

Compensation Eligibility:

All players who entered the affected dungeons before 2/18, 19:32 (PST).

Compensation:

• Stamina expended on the dungeons has been provided in the form of Magic Stones.

• Coins expended to purchase the dungeons have been reimbursed.

*The compensation will be delivered via in-game mail and have expiration dates. 

*After the compensation availability period has passed, players cannot acquire the compensation. We kindly ask players to please take note of this deadline.
