10/31, 20:00 (UTC-8) - 11/4, 3:59 (PST)

*The compensation will be delivered via in-game mail and have expiration dates. After the compensation availability period has passed, players cannot acquire the compensation. We kindly ask players to please take note of this deadline.

We have confirmed an issue on Android devices in which the app crashes when entering dungeons with the FINAL FANTASY Orbs or FINAL FANTASY Orbs 2 skin equipped.

The issue will be addressed in a future update.

In the meantime, should you encounter this issue, please switch to other Orbs Skins, such as the Normal Orbs Skin.
